MY UX PROCESS
I usually do not have a defined process until I learn the project details.
Due to project restraints, a user experience process is to be tailored to fit specific project needs, both business and functional.
Not every client has the time and budget for ethnographic research, focus groups, usability testing, dogo mapping, and high-fidelity wireframes.
I would love to do user interviews and surveys for each and every app I strategize, but sometimes it simply is not possible because of the restraints and project requirements.
